Our Classes

Kung Fu

These classes are specifically designed to offer the student the best possible martial and self defence response. They are built around the traditional Chang Chuan and Hong Chuan systems and incorporate form work, martial applications and sparring practice, strength, endurance and flexibility training, martial philosophy and concepts.

Tai Chi

Our Tai Chi classes offer a pathway into the world of internal martial arts. Our classes consist of gentle stretching and warm up exercises, Inner-Nourishing QiGong exercises, Tai Chi stepping, a broad curriculum of traditional and modern Yang Style Tai Chi forms, martial applications and push hands training.

TKT / Self Defence

Tactical Kung Fu Training (TKT) is our streamlined self defence program which gives participants an opportunity to learn no nonsense, practical self defence applications in a relatively short time.

​The program focuses on unarmed, knife and gun attack and defence. The duration of the average course is three months and certification is awarded on completion. We offer classes at our centre and a ladies-only self defence class in Toowoomba.

FUFIT / Kung Fu Fitness

Our FuFit sessions involve high intensity cross training designed specifically to develop fitness for kung fu training and the rigors of combat. Fu Fit insists on perfect form and posture with every rep, thus improving muscular and postural imbalances. Perfect form requires mental awareness and concentration, thus stimulating the mind and body for better results.

Private Tuition

Our highly qualified and experienced head instructors are available to offer private tuition as a customized service for those who are unable to attend our regular classes or require extra training for a variety of reasons. Private lessons are tailored to individual requirements and circumstances and can involve training in any combination of our focus areas, including traditional Kung Fu and Tai Chi, Self Defence, Qi Gong, Meditation and Martial Arts Fitness, Stability and Power Generation. Our Fees

$100 per hour full fee / $80 per hour student/concession

Concessions are available to children under 18, school/tertiary education students, pensioners, concession card holders or students going through financial difficulties (please speak to your instructors if you are experiencing financial difficulties).

We offer half day to multiple day retreats at our centre for the general public and various groups on a regular basis. In addition we can tailor make a Retreat Package to suit the needs and interests of your business or group.

Secondary School Martial Arts Culture Incursions:
Designed for schools looking for a unique extra-curricular incursion to offer students. Our programs incorporate traditional Martial Arts training with the culture and philosophy of traditional Chinese Martial Arts with links to the QLD school Curriculum. This program introduces students to the theory and practice of traditional martial arts training. The physical components include basic Kung Fu and Tai Chi forms and movements, physical conditioning and stretching while the theory components include the history, culture and philosophy surrounding traditional Chinese Martial Arts.
